Refund Policy

Thank you for buying our products and services and being a valued customer. We ensure that our users have a rewarding experience while they discover, assess, and purchase our courses, whether it is an instructor-led or self-paced training.

As with any online purchase experience, there are terms and conditions that govern our Refund Policy. When you buy a training course from us, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and Refund Policy.

1. Cancellation & Refunds

We reserve the right to reschedule/cancel a workshop/session due to any unavoidable circumstances, or change the date of a workshop. To qualify for a refund, you must:

  • Submit your refund request by sending an email to [email protected] detailing the reason for your cancellation

  • InfiniteLearning Room Pvt. Ltd. does not provide refunds on products/services purchased. In case of any specific exceptions, refunds would be made within 7-10 working days of the request being accepted.

  • Refunds of any duplicate payments will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) within 10 working days after you have submitted your request.
