I smile deeply every time I pass the Neem tree in the building,
it reminds me of the blessings my grandfather gave us when we greeted him
with a Namaste! “Kadve Neem se bhi bada ho!”
I took me a few years to understand those words. One day, I finally asked my mother, why does Daddyji (fondly called by us all) bless us to be like the bitter Neem tree? Why not a fruit bearing Mango tree, or a beautiful Rose plant etc?
My mum smiled and replied patiently, “the Neem tree is worthy of worship, no part of it goes waste, it’s medicinal, therapeutic and humble. It is said that taking a single breath in shadow of the tree can heal a passerby. Hence he blesses you to be tall yet humble.” The explanation melted my heart and it still remains as one of his choicest memories.
What I didn’t know then was the significance of a blessing. Today when I understand energy better. I know that it is amongst the highest vibrations, giving us protection and grace for a long time. We are all nothing but energy in motion, each of us vibrating at a certain frequency. Every thought of ours raises or lowers it. The cleaner and more loving the thoughts the higher your frequency, aura, health and over all well being.
I am sharing this today after a very loving session with a bunch of curious kids, hoping that we will all bless each other and the future generation with good health, ease, joy and support in each other. May we create a circle of everlasting grace and protection.
#infinitelearning bless abundantly
